If you want to cancel an appointment that is more than 24 hours away, please let us know as soon as possible by completing the form below.

If your appointment is within the next 24 hours, please call the surgery to ensure we can free up the appointment as emails may not be read immediately.

Appointment cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment time, or non-attendance, may incur a cancellation fee.

Late arrival, defined as arrival at the practice 15 minutes after the expected time of arrival, will result in your appointment having to be rescheduled.

Notification allows the practice to better utilise appointments for other patients in need of prompt medical care.
